Our party Bylaws state the Maryland Green Party will hold a state-wide assembly annually during May, June, or July. In 2026, our Annual Assembly will be held on Saturday, July 11, at the Anne Arundel County Busch Library in Annapolis.‍ ‍

Officers of the Maryland Green Party (Co-Chairs, Secretary, and Treasurer), At-Large Delegates to the MGP Coordinating Council, and Delegates to the Green National Committee are elected as part of the business of the Annual Assembly. Use the form here to nominate a party member to run for one of the above positions (self-nominations are allowed).

Any party member may propose Bylaws amendments to be voted on as part of the business of the Annual Assembly. All Bylaws amendments must be submitted at least 35 days prior to the assembly (June 7, 2026). Use the form here to propose a Bylaws amendment.
