The Democratic and Republican parties are controlled by corporate interests at the expense of the people. I spent forty years dealing with the Democrats. They make promises to unions that they don’t keep, but they’re always asking for money.

The Democratic and Republican parties are controlled by the military industrial complex. After my time in Vietnam, I realized that the Vietnamese were not my enemies but my brothers. The real enemy was the rich old men seeking power and wealth, sending us off to die.

I joined the Green Party because they support affordable pensions, living wages, medicare for all, peace, and an end to corporate influence in politics.
