On February 4th, 2020 the Democratic and Republican parties will hold a special primary election to select their candidates for the 7th District U.S. Congress seat formerly held by the late Elijah Cummings. The Maryland Green Party is seeking volunteers to go to key polling places and ask voters to sign the Green Party ballot access petition.
