I have added captcha capabilities to the website. CAPTCHA is the annoying thing that displays some distorted letters when you login or want to post a comment. It is an attempt to prevent the viagra spammers of the world from adding their nonsense to the website.

I have turned it on almost everywhere. If you think its too much and too annoying, tell me, in detail, where you think it can be eliminated, and I can turn off that specific place.

Once you pass the test, we assume you're a human for the duration of your stay, and you shouldn't be prompted again.

Thanks to Nathan for mentioning this. I had not thought of it. And once again, thanks to the open source community for making this stuff so easy to do (although it is probably the same community that is making the spam so prolific).
