Maryland Green Party State Assembly
Submitted by twillard on April 25, 2012 - 8:33pm.The Maryland Green Party Annual Assembly will be held on Saturday, May 12 from 10am-5pm. The assembly will be held at the Takoma Park Community Center in Takoma Park, Maryland.
We hope you will attend. Registered Greens may vote for 2012-2013 Maryland Green Party officers and in our party-administered Presidential primary election. The two contenders for the Green Party's Presidential nomination are physician Jill Stein of Massachusetts and actress Roseanne Barr of California.
8th Congressional District Candidate Forum

There will be a forum for the candidates for Congress in the 8th congressional district, Wednesday, May 2, 7:30 to 10:30 at the Wheaton Regional Library, 11701 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20902.
Green Party candidate, George Gluck will attend. The Libertarian and Republican candidates have also confirmed.
