The assembly will open with the Elected Greens Panel featuring Dan Robinson (Takoma Park City Council), Mike Cornell (Columbia "Town Council"), and Brent McMillan, Executive Director of the Green Party of the United States. The afternoon session will start with The Politics of Watershed panel. The panel, which will be moderated by Erik Michelsen, Executive Director of the South River Federation, features the Patuxent River Keeper Fred Tutman, Political Science professor and author of the groundbreaking book Chesapeake Bay Blues Howard Ernst, and retired state senator, UMD professor Gerald Winegrad. We are very excited to announce that our keynote speaker will be the Green Party of the U.S.' 2008 Vice Presidential candidate ROSA CLEMENTE. She will be talking about why we as Greens need to stay active and the importance of the Green Party in today's political world. The parking garage is on the left hand side of Duke of Gloucester. The entrance is hidden. From MoCo and Prince George's County Take Hwy 50 East. Take Exit 24 Rowe Blvd (MD 70).
